DO NOT DO 402.

To properly finish 402 mod you need to have your leveling system 100% up and running and be error free. If enter adaptation and cannot finish 402 mod procedure, the system will lock in error state and you won't be able to operate it.

I know that it would just like how it behaves now but if you screw up the 402, you will have it double locked or something to that respect.

The memory error, if it comes back after code reset, is a permanent module damage and only new module or reprogramming of current one can help. Nobody knows how to re-flash these modules so your only option is ebay and hope for scoring a cheap replacement.

I ordered a new module hopfully it will do the trick.

I do not have it yet. I should have it on Tuesday, I will report back.

Is it easy to replace the ride height sensor/module? Is there anything people should be aware of, or be careful with when doing it? Is there an accepted procedure for doing it? Thanks.

The new module truned offthe light on the das and seems to have feved my trouble. I get to pick it up in the morning and try out all the new front end parts that were put in while it was in the shop.
