Monumental Break Squeal
So i've had my 4.2 Allroad for some time now and it's always had a certain amount of brake squeal, i have recently changed to EBC greenstuff and the noise is terrible, i read in the Bentley manual that on the HP2 caliper the pads are handed RH and LH, however there is no indication on either my old pads or the new pads of any such handing, i remember on my old Passat the pads had an arrow showing the correct rotation.... Does anyone know how to check which is LH and which is RH?
thanks

Found out what the problems is, i have just taken the pads out and it's obvious that what i thought was slight wear on the rotor is in fact causing the problem, the EBC pad is a little bigger than what is already there (not sure which make they are) and as such the inner and outer part of the new pads is wearing on the high spots of the rotor and not contacting the whole rotor at all...
New rotors i think, not very keen on having them machined even if they are within spec...
