I've been on empty roads, I've hit the fuel cutoff on every car I've owned... empty roads are great... but what happens when a deer jumps in front of you at that speed? of when box has fallen off a pickup truck and is in the middle of the road just over the crest of the next hill? what if you have a blowout?

but t'wasn't a stock NSX... (for a chuckle - think about what the metric speedo on an NSX would be reading).
FWIW: depending on the year, those things top out in the 167-173 mph range.
