Need to get ski/snowboard racks. Any recommendations?

Need to get ski/snowboard racks. Any recommendations?
I'm not really familiar with ski racks since I've never had them on any of my cars before. Any particular ones I should get? If anyone can post pictures of ones on there car, that'd be great. Thanks!

I like the Thule system
I have the thule cross bars and 4 set ski holder with the locks. I have been happy with the set. I don't have any pics of the racks on the allroad yet. I originally bought the racks for use one my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The only downside to the thule ski rack is it has some nooks and crannies that are hard to clean.

absolutely.... your board doesn't get ruined by snow, ice, sleet, and especially road salt.....
that can collect on your skis/snowboards when driving down the highway or left outside... you can also just leave your things in the case and always have it readily available for a spur of the moment trip to the slopes...It also doesn't advertise your stuff to thieves either...

Plus your friends that drive pick-up trucks will love it
Everytime we go to happy hour after skiing my friends with pick-up trucks pile their skis & boards into my Thule box for safe keeping.
