I have seen a bunch of bad maf's this year, mostly Bosch due to age, BUT, I have seen a couple of Hitachis go.

leak post-turbo and the boost pressure being OK, then the MAF should be higher than normal, and it will come with rich condition. If an air leak pre-turbo will make the MAF lower, and it will come with lean condition.
17545 and 17547 are rich condition at idle. I think skidmark's suggestion should be checked first.

your problem is not while running down the road but at no load such ad idle, still could be MAF sensor.

not much load. Wondering if the FPR is not holding or a very small vacuum leak. I'll make another run and check block 211 and pressure test the system. Thanks for the insights and analysis..

to MAF value. Just cleaned the MAF with Carb Cleaner will make another run. So is the consensus a bad MAF if cleaning doesn't change things or should I still pressure test the system?
