Default It looks quite normal. The error codes should be fixed. No reason to prevent you to replace the MAF

sensor.

i have the same problems too i was at work and after work i went out and pulled up the vagcom n was reading the meas blocks to see my fuel trims the stft was ok within range so i took some carb cleaner and sprayed the intake boot wher it meets the throttle body and the trims went all goofy try doing that see if it helps that was my diagnosis

Default rich is vacuum leak

I got that rich code on my TT (from ECM trying to correct a vacuum leak by adding fuel) and found these tiny splits on one of the 'hard' vacuum lines under the intake manifold after I had replaced a lot of the other rubber vacuum hoses with no success.
