Default New alignment readings

My new Q3 was having issues with slight tugging and releasing of the wheel at speeds greater than 50.
Took it in and was told they never heard of such a thing and couldn't duplicate it...so I asked "did you take down the highway"? "no" was the reply as there was nowhere near them to do that.
Anyhow they did an alignment and the numbers were off. They mentioned that the front was fighting the rear...now to me this makes sense as the electronic steering would be fighting itself. As it turns out thar was the problem....however now my wheel is even more crooked than it was before.
SAW there was TSB for it as well.
Going in for the correction and just want opinions on the alignment numbers. TIA

numbers ( if they can be better?) and what happened. TIA
