Default I'm on my third CPO ...

I agree that the certification process is more paperwork than inspection - however, with that said the brakes must have 65% wear left at certification - doesn't sound like that in your case - so you definitely have a beef. I have also discovered as others have mentioned that you sometimes have to go to another dealer - the experience and desire to do a good job and keep your business really varies from dealer to dealer. I have now bought a CPO Audi from all 3 local dealerships and only use one for service. They have stood behind my car 100% even down to replacing that goofy dashboard cup holder that we all hate. Continue talking to AoA, but find another dealership for service. Just my 2 cents. paula

I'm not saying they are horrible. If I had to go to an Audi dealer in Denver, that would be it.
