Default No first gear!? Or reverse! Limpmode. Anyone with the same problem? TIP Transmission

Hi there
I checked around but did not see anyone with this problem..
So I put this thread in:
Allroad 2001 Aut, the first gear does not engage!
Anyone with the same issue?
Or better off, a solution!
Thank You

Oh I forgot to add, the rig drives and runs perfect, except that it starts in the second gear!
Other than that, no issues, thu my dash cluster/LCD display is the typical problem
I need a new LCD display..

I "fix" my rig myself, thu I don't have a code reader for VW/AUDI..
I need to get hold of one asap
Yeah, I might have to go to a shop for the reading til I manage to buy one
Anyone who knows a Audi, a decent and good Audi dealer/shop at the west coast/middle area of Oregon?
I live in Coos Bay
