Default No headlight washer pop-up, no leak, what could be wrong?

I've been reading the forums about the headlight washer system, and it seems the most common failure reason is broken fluid line and no pressure to raise the squirters. Mine has no leaks, the windshield washer works fine, and no fuses out anywhere. It's not freezing in the garage, but the line may have frozen at some point. Any ideas from the web mechanics here?

Default Yes, they are on - that's when I missed them.

Dirty, snowy, wet roads here and the lights slowly dimmed due to grime. Had to stop at a gas station to clean them. Didn't realize how useful they are in these conditions until they are gone.

Could be the pump or the wiper switch

Default isn't the headlight pump and switch same as the windshield pump and switch?

And the windshield system works as expected. Everything I read in the archives seems to indicate that they are the same, but I trust your knowledge above all. Is there a relay that says headlights on, so allow water pump to send fluid to headlight system? or the relay activates the headlight pump? Maybe I should make a forum request for Bentley.
