I did mine with the 2-stage epoxy kit from Home Depot. My garage is 28 x 24 and took two kits at $50/each. Since my house was new the floor didn't need much cleaning. The cleaning took about an hour (could be alot more time if you have alot of oil spots/stains. Painting took two hours.

Have had it now for nearly 5 years and not even a scratch. Easy to clean. Nothing seems to adhere or damage it (not even break oil).
Did it myself, was alot of work (large 3 car garage) but was well worth it IMO.
Needless to say, I HIGHLY recomment Griot's paint.
The key is to not shortcut the prep procedure. Do EVERYTHING they say to the letter. A simple pressure wash is not adequate.
In my previous house I tried one of the kits from Home Depot. Over time the paint lifted. Particularly where the car's hot tires sat. Glad I sold the house before having to deal with striping and repainting the entire floor again. No doubt that would have been a PIA.
Good Luck,
Gavin
