Oil on drivers side turbo

My shop says that my turbo is leaking oil and is going to need to be replaced soon.
Is it possible that this oil is coming from the oil feed or oil return lines instead of the turbo housing itself?
Is the return line the one thas has the o-ring that is prone to leaking?
Thanks

banjo bolt with two copper washers. But these don't typically leak. Could the oil come from timing seals??

Could be the banjo fitting just leaking. but, with that much oil on the turbo it looks like it could be comig from the housing. Only way to know is to tighten the banjo bolt and then clean the turbo really well and then check it in a few days to see where leak is. Probably need it up on a rack to do that. Also, the shop would have probably found this when looking, but, check that back corner of the valve cover gasket directly above the turbo to see if slow leak there drewling down to turbo.
