Oil Leak Problem 2005 4.2 V8 Allroad HELP!

Yep, new PCV valve, hoses cleaned, valve covers internally cleaned, manifold inlet blown clear, oil fill cap/breather replaced with latest revision. Vacuum level at valve cover confirmed Still burns around 3 qts in 7,000 mile change interval.

Winter car now, not interested in fixing it. Certainly not going to pull heads or engine for inspection/repair. This years bonus gets a new car, allroad goes down the road.

Whats interesting is Audi says this is totally normal lol. They say its not an issue until its worse than 1000 miles per quart consumed....they think 10 quarts of oil between their 10k oil changes are acceptable!

Pretty sad, but common on a lot of different makes. At that point, just keep adding oil& change the filter at the 8th quart!

At least the leaks keep the floor pans rustproofed. They were nice enough to install the oil catch pan right from the factory. Aerodynamic under pan, bullsh!t.
