My right knee seems to sit up against the center console and it is kinda of annoying. Not enough to make a big issue but I'd like to do something about it.
I recall there being some type of knee pad people have bought for their A4 but before I go to that board I thought I'd ask my fellow allroader's ...
Does anyone have some solutions you could post ... I was thinking of buying some rubber foam and putting a velco strip on the back and one velco strip on the center console but it won't look to integrated ...
I am not sure who sells rubber foam ... maybe home depot ?
Any products you can recommend ?
thanks

same complaint I had when I first got the car. Tried a lot of things. What I finally wound up with is I taped the soft side of velcro tape to the side of the console where my knee hits the consile and it works fine. Pads worked but fell off. The tape works and stays put. Give a try!

Not sure what you're talking about, but I have this vision in my head of a 7' guy with T-Rex arms. I find that the allroad has the most comfortable seating positions for the driver. One of the few cars that I've done 8+ hr road trips in where I'm not stiff when I'm done. Now if we could only get the S4 Recaros in our cars...that'd be perfect.

I'm only 5 6 1/2 with a stick. Can't move the seat back any more unless I put a training block on the clutch pedal.

I'd try a pad too but I'm afraid the added sideways bend to my knee would cause more pain.
The only ergonomic gripe I have with the car.
