Default Parking Sensors

Hi - anyone know if it is possible to permenantly disable the front/rear acoustic parking function ? There is a switch near the handbrake but front/rear system resets to on each time car is used.

Default Why? It makes it infinitely easier to get in and out of tight spots. I just wish we had

front sensors like are available in Europe.

I wish I had a sensor in the front...the rear is good enough though.

Default Whoa! Why?...

The front and rear parking sensors on my ar I'd rate as one of the most useful features on the car. I've never, never pranged her parking thanks to these babies. I can get her into tight spots and out of them, get her around sharp corners without fear, pick up narrow objects sticking out that would otherwise scratch.

To answer your question, I've no idea how to disable them, neither would I ever want to.

I'm real curious to know why you want to, though. =)

She sounds like just the kind of driver who REALLY needs them!
