If you ever think about parting way with those 18's let me know I will have money to buy next month and need a new set bad and I love the color.

Awesome dry and wet traction. The sidewalls are not overly stiff, but they feel like a great match to my coilover suspension.
I like the feel of these Toyos with respect to breakaway at the limit. I have my suspension set up to limit understeer so I have to have a progressive break away so I don't get myself in trouble. The Toyos let you know you are there without giving up all at once. Especially this winter when I was running them at lower ambient temps and lower tread blocks due to age I could rotate the car much better and I could even induce throttle oversteer which is fun.
Braking seems about the same as the Goodyear GS-D3s I had. It's fine, no drama.
Like many performance tires they got noisy as they got older. Diligent rotation will help with this as well as a good alignment. I have a lot of negative camber so I wore out the front inners first.
I don't know what else to say. I'm not a professional tire reviewer (like Rallynut!) so I don't know if I am covering all bases. Let's put it this way - I will probably buy another set in the next couple weeks.
