Hi y'all. I'm in the midst of considering an upgrade from my a4 avant to an allroad and wanted to ask a quick question based on my test drives.
During my tests of the various '01s for sale here in Denver/Boulder, I've felt like the brakes were just barely adequate considering that superb 2.7t under the hood. Which leads to my question, is there a pad/rotor combo for the stock calipers that improves the stop? When I put mintex pads on my wife's A6 and it improved over stock but I'm looking for something more for the allroad that allows me to keep the stock rims.
