Yeah I would agree on location counts. I'd go for anything less that MSRP.
In Colorado allroads are selling faster than they can get them. My dealer claimed to have orders for thier entire year's allotment by mid December '00. MSRP is the starting point, though I didn't pay over that. The only "deal" I got was dealer cost on audi's rubber floor mats. (and worth buying reatil if you are in sloppy weather country).
Dealer also indicated that Audi was willing to shift allocations between reagions. So if this is true the less than MSRP deals may dry up soon.
