My cup holder is stuck open. It lock closed. I started to take it apart, and some pieces have come out (or they broke) but I can't get the rest out. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

You have to replace it....or maybe you can fix it mine broke before I could see what was wrong. The cup holder is basically a three part system. The base, the main part that slides into the base, and the the two things that pop up. You have to take the main part out of the base. You will see two little tabs that you have to push in near the front on the inside of the left and right sides. You have to push down the small flip up part down a little bit to see them. Once those tabs are in the main part should slide up and out of the base. Mine was stuck in there and I ended up pulling off the two things that pop up and some other stuff broke and came off. I ordered my new one from Shokan, and I think you can get a new one for a good price at prime parts (used to be clair parts). Good luck.
