Default Re: i'm thinking electrical, auto meter or omori,Milpitas2.7T said a pillar mount tested ok on s4 bo

Was looking to do omoir 60mm with the matching cloth a-pillar pod. Doesn't look good for getting those S4 instument face plates - would probably have to buy the whole instrument cluster just to get them. FYI, there is a tech sheet under Tech/interior/A6 on how to remove the a-pillar safely.

e stroudsburg is not far. Down rt33 to rt22 e and your there. We should get together. Am going to the AWE tuner event April 6th in Willow Grove. Maybe you can drop down. M829A3 may also show up. Click on the club emblem in my sig and go to events for details. Also doing the fun run in May - it's just north of Allentown and the Avant fest. Good fun, good people, good food and drinks.

Default Re: Hardwire of V1

Apologies for the off-topic but I noticed yours is hardwired. Did you go from the fuse box or the homelink??

Thanks Phil

Well, I know y'all think my dealer is rare, but I had this done at the dealer, followed by a four wheel alignement, (-12mm by the way) -- and I have loved it ever since.

The dealer has the equipment to make this "perfect."

FYI the four wheel alignment was done as part of the audi advantage. The 402 mod was about $100 (1+ hour or so).

Default i'd like to meet some fellow allroaders, i work in bangor(actually roseto) where the fender rollin

is taking place.the awe trip sounds like fun.(offering 10% discounts too) i see you have to register. i think i'm a member of the epqc but have never attended any events. i had all the pillar panels off my car already to repair leaky roof rails so i have experience at that.

Default Cool, I didn't know about this reset feature

I might set my back to stock and then drop it again. I think, I messed it up a bit the first time. I do love having it lowered - looks and rides much better.

I just have to get it dialed in, mount the 18s, and replace the rear swaybar. Hopefully will have this all done before summer.

Thanks for the tip!

Default A reiteration... please don't ask the dealer. Just another thing we'll have to worry about later..

This doesn't apply to you, Mark. =)

This one looks better than the other. I did some searchiing last August and found that the Omori guages closely match the ones in the AR in color and lighting (I can be very **** about details like this sometimes).

Can't make the fender rolling but have already signed up for the AWE event. If you decide to go, maybe we can meet somewhere, say near Easton on RT33 or somewhere nearby and convoy down.

Default both gauges are actually the same with the carbon fiber, you can't see it in the one picture

i was just asking your opinion of it. i like the chrome ring : ) we don't need no stinking fender rolling i was just commenting on it being near my work. i signed up for awe tech session too. convoy down sounds like a plan and can meet anywhere.
