Two new installations and no complaint of interference with the compressor has me wondering if Audi has re-bent the bar and put the "kink" in it that was missing before to make it compatible with the allroad. Would love to know. I'd consider replacing mine if this were true.

because I certainly have it when the compressor is cycling. I need to take the car in to have it adjusted or the compressor installation modified and have just not had chance to do that. What I DID do was use one of the bushings off the original bar as an insulator -- used wire tie nylon strips to hold it in place and it wedges tightly against the compressor area, so minimizes the vibration But this has to get fixed. Stuff banging on stuff is not good!

Any advice on where to take the car to have this done in the DC area? I had the install done at Audi of Alexandria and am inclined to take it back to them, but just as happy to go to Curry's or Dr John's if people think I will have better luck there,.
