just bought the Thule Aero rack system 450r...
... on their way from ord racks direct. type in "extra10" for additional discount. best price on the web. picked up the 450r feet and cargo bar system along with a pair of 590 velo vise bike racks.
have a similar set up on my 4runner. sharp, low-profile and match the ar roofrails perfectly.

OEM Fork-Mounts are made by Thule, look just like and mate perfectly with the OEM Cross Bars
The forks mounts have "Thule" stamped in the plastic. So I would assume the cross bars are also made by Thule... how do you know they are not? Thule makes a lot of OEM stuff.
Either way, I'm pretty sure niether are marketed by Thule. They are just sold by Audi, no matter who manufactures them.
