Yea it should work given the description, different part number to the ones I have, but it sounds like the same product.
EDIT: Id be cautious, disecting the part number by observing other part numbers, Im getting this:
4B9 > C5 Avant
071 > Correct section(Roof racks/accessories
126 > 126 stands for Sedan Roof Racks. Avant roof racks should have these last 3 digits as 151
Anyways I have these as my crossbars, and they WILL work on the allroad:

switched to the thule aero bars (oval) from round yak bars with the promise that attachments fit into a grove on the bars themselves
well that's not entirely true
thule roofbox and thule sidearm bike trays still use the ole-fashioned u bolt type of clamping and some ADDITIONAL adapters that you have to buy
What that means is that you cant mount anything where the towers are, also if you use the groves then you can't us the rubber strips in the thule bars either
Other thule bike racks slide into the slots, but I prefer the ones where you don't take your wheels off (most of my bikes have 20mm front axles) and/or locking skewers, and dont want to waste more time racking or pulling and re-installing wheels or dealing with any foofy 20mil axle adapters (other pieces to buy and ppl to steal)
Road bikes much easier to pull the wheels as they have standard qr mechs (but you still have to do something with the wheels)
Rack in go, the only way to fly
