"this car's damn fast" says the RS4 driver multiple times...
"tons of power." Of course, with the traffic jams in Tokyo, I don't think you'd ever get out of 1st gear in any of these cars. I was just there last week on business and I've never seen so many maserati's, bentley's and ferraris in my life. All tooling around in stop and go traffic. Saw two RS6's in the space of 5 minutes near Roppongi.

Sorry 'Ed but even new tires wouldn't help it...wondered why...
maybe this is my stupidity showing, I hate it when it does that, but why would both the M3 and the RS4 be right hand drive? Amazing "footage"....sorry I promise I won't quit my day job

I haven't watched the clip but...
from the sound of it they are in Japan. Like all civilized countries they drive on the left there.
This has certain benefits for the Brits like being able to import grey market Nissan Skylines with the steering on the correct side.
