S3 spot it in San Juan Puerto rico
while driving to the airport to return i spot a nice looking s3! is that possible? i didnt know audi had a s3 out already! any thoughts??

Just a thought...
there is a true S3 in Europe iirc, but there also is an Sline A3 that is marked with the red slash that looks deceptively like the S3 markings but is the 3.2 quattro engine instead of the typical 2.0T...maybe that was it?

Certainly possible, S3s been out in europe for well over a year...
and is also already available in Mexico. I don't know how strict PR import laws are. But I've seen 2 8L S3's (previous gen S3, never available in the US) at various VAG GTGs. If some one wants it bad enough and has the money anything is possible.
