Is it Santa's puke or the Fern Green interior?
I Searched and Searched for the perfect low mileage Allroad, I was willing to give up one or two things in order to get the right car, so I gave up on the color of the interior I wanted and got just the perfect 20K mile 2002 AR without a flaw. The exterior is needless to say stunning in the Highland Green, but it looks like Santa threw up after a rough night. Has anyone had any experience dying or replacing the AR leather? I'll keep the Dessert Grass part of the seat and change the fern green to a charcoal grey, then replace the carpet to match the grey...
Am I nuts? Cost?

Heh. I travelled 2000 miles to get Highland Green with the gray interior
I betcha a good upholstery shop can dye the seats. Maybe a dismantler like Shokan has the carpet and cargo area side panels. I wonder if other color allroads use the same-color carpet.

I was willing to fly anywhere yo get this car....and what a drive home it would have been.
This is going to be the 11th audi for me...first allroad though.
I may not be going grey yet but my seats are...I'll post pics after...

I was the same way but as said below I don't notice it at all.
I don't mind the color of the dash at all only the seats which I hardly look at anyway. And once you see the red lights at night you will not remember what color the seats are!
