seat belt warning sign and no chime
Just noticed that the seat belt sign turns off immediately when I turn the car on, and there is no chime when the car is on and the seat belt is not on.
Shouldn't the seat belt warning light be on and the chime (warning) come on when I don't have my belt buckled? Fuse, or another issue?

Someone probably VAG'd it off
You can get a port adapter for your laptop and set certain functions. Maybe the PO turned it off. I think someone had figured out how to do that. Should have done it with mine.
