No burn yet, but the heater does not turn off?

Is that you you'alls issues started? Or is it just a switch that needs replacing? Do I have to wait for a burn hole in the seat before I can get assisstance from Audi?

Well, your call. I am sure that if you call and describe the problem, they will fix it as they know it is a safety issue.
