Default self levling suspension light ...

My self leveling suspension light has come on twice in the last week. It goes out after i shut off the car and restart. I will prodiag it tonight and go through the suspension output tests. Anybody have a similar experience and what was the outcome?
Thanks

Default Mine does that all the time, but now it stays on, going back in to Stammler in Boulder to have it

checked again. What they have found is that it can not find the level codes...and can not readjust....who knows. Have tried to adjust with 402 mod, and it locks me out, so then the light stays on...and the car won't adjust levels until after rolling for a bit.

good luck with that though, maybe our cars will see each other at Stammler in the near future, hehe.

cheers

Default Re: TSB on this?

I just took mine to the dealer with the same type of problem, except my ABS, and ESP lights came on as well, as soon as I would turn the car on and off the problem light went away. I was informed by my dealer that this can be caused by taking big sweeping turns which triggers something within a certain module. (sorry about the lack of specifics) Since this is what I was doing at the time my problem occured I hope this cures it. The bad news, part is on b/o for about 2 weeks

I had the same problem. The dealer replaced a relay of some kind. I don't have my paperwork with me so I don't remember exactly what it was. No problems since.

Default Must be a Colorado thing!

Mine just came on last week also. It stayed on for one day, I made a appt for Stammler, and the next day it went back to normal. The service rep mentioned it might be the "pump" for the suspension. I will keep my eye on it. It has been fine since then

Default Simialar problems...

When I had the multi lights: ESP, SUSP-Dash light and ABS light.. this translated to the steering sensor. In my case.. a faulty harness in the column itself.

There have been other times that I would get the susp light on the dash... this would happen after a bottom out.. on my lowest setting. After 5 minutes of smooth road . it would go away. No codes left either.
