Shop Manual
I'm interested in obtaining a shop manual for my new allroad. The local dealer says that none is available. I got the same response on my new 5 series BMW a few years ago, but I was able to purchase the microfisch version, and had a local print shop make a hardcopy for me. Any chance of doing the same for the allroad, or is a hardcopy available from some other source? Thanks.

Its not available yet, but Bentley publishers will probably print one eventually
Talk to them and ask. A shop manual would be interesting for those of us that like to do our own maintenance.
I'm sure one'll come out eventually (it might be included in the new A6 release?)

You might try and emailing these people

The good folks at Bentley replied to my inquiry within 24 hrs, but the news is not encouraging. To wit:
