Default I run the S2000 antenna and reception is great....

except in the most fringe areas. I've been very happy with it.

Convensional wisdom: short antenna = 23 hp gain.

My 2001 ar has the antenna from the 2001 TT. And it fits well and the reception is great. Just make sure you match the 5mm threads that the 2001 has with any aftermarket 5mm replacement.
