skidmark 3073 is my value for 01 allroad for channel 60 in instrument section.

you helped me out with this number the other day but it wont work with my car. Are you 6 speed, i am, if and anyone else is this number is all i need to get going

after reading my own message i saw it was not clear. any one with a vag and a 2001 6 speed if you hook up vag go to insterments (17) within insterments go to adaptation read channel 60 that is the value i need if any one can help i would greatly appreciate it

That's what I did, my allroad is an 01 6 speed, but my engine ECU is a no letter suffix.

I just have 9 numbers/letters, not 10. Mine is the earliest ECU I believe.

I'll check mine tonight.

Although, my ECU is a no letter suffix also.
Early 2001, 6mt. i'll post the value this evening.

The definition of channel 60 of instrument :

Equipment : Adaptation value
Engine : 1
Automatic Transmission : 2
Instrument cluster : 1024
Self leveling suspension (only allroad quattro) : 2048

So, for 6mt allroad, it should be
1 + 1024 + 2048 = 3073
