Default Solved boost leak is now 2.0 bar overboost

You might have read my post last week complaining of loss of power at WOT in 5th and 6th gears and some of you suggested that it might be a boost leak. Well I popped the hood and noticed that the hose clamps on the hoses to/from the DV's were non existent. So I clamped them up (zip tied them actually) and went for a test drive and everything seemed to be back in order. Problem solved, or so I thought. Well today I am cruising along and go to WOT and the same problem...Limp mode. I pop the hood and my clamps are still in place, so I took it to the dealer and the tested it on the smoke and no boost leaks. But he thing that they did find was that the car is boosting to 2.0 bar! No wonder my clamps were no gone, I had blown them right off with the extra boost! The dealer says it is a problem with my APR chip (stage 1). So on the way home I did a comparison of the 91 chipped program to the stock program. In stock mode everything is fine. No problems in full boost and no limp mode or stuttering what so ever. In 91 program it cuts into limp mode when I give it full boost.
Does this sound like an ECU problem to you? Anyone had a similar experience with the APR chip?
Please advise.

Default when they said 2 bar what did they mean? 1 bar is = to the atmosphere 2 bar is 14.7

PSI positive. This would be the expected boost with a chip. Or was it 2 bar positive +24 psi???? If it was indeed the later I would be looking at the n75 valve and related plumbing to the waste gates. A smoke test wouldn't show a leak from the n75 to the wast gate since the solenoid could have been in the closed position.

Default WHOA!! something else is wrong..

Do you have APR chip or APR Flash?

2 bar is excessivly high that's 28+PSI.

You would hit safe mode at about 20PSI +/-.

This leads me to think something else is wrong.
Something is not gettting the signal to blead boost.

N75 Valve? DO you have a manual boost controller?

Default Then check the n75 & the lines to the gates. just pull the line off the n75 that goes to the

gates & see if you can pull a vacuum on it. this will check all the lines from the n75 to the gates. if it will hold a vacuum check line from intake to n75. if that is ok log requested vs actual boost. though I seriously doubt it's requesting 25 psi. then change n75.
