It's 90K mile time on my 2001 and the suggested service is the oil change, door lube, and tire rotation.

I need an oil change anyway, no biggie. I get a free rotation from my tire shop. I was thinking just a standard lithium spray grease for the doors.

Does anyone know if there is anything "special" I need to do for the door lube?

You don't want to use anything smelly or you'll smell it for a long long time.
