Default Suspension...

So, only when 15-20 temp outside and very intermittently the driver's front slumps over night.

Doesn't do it at work from 9-6, but overnight it does.

Again, has only happened 2 or 3 times in the last 3 months. Thoughts?

I would think a true leak in the bag would be consistent. Could this be another issue, ie a release valve or the like?

Default I'd say a pinhole leak?

Mine was doing the same thing THIS FALL. Small leak in airbag, and was replaced.

Default Leaks in bags are *not* consistent.

Take a look at one of your bags and you'll see why. As the bag folds over on itself, a leak becomes either exposed or pinched shut. Sometimes (especially as the leak gets worse) you can get it to repeat if you park on level ground at the same suspension level. If so, you can use soapy water to locate the leak to confirm it's in the bag.

All of which is not to say it couldn't be somewhere else, but the bag is by far the most common leak.

Default Re: harrummmphhhh...

I had a similar problem with mine. After I broke it down I found that the o-ring between the strut and the air bag was stretched. I replaced the air bag but I suspect that this was the problem.... Like your problem I started to investigate the issue. One night after work I raised the suspension all the way and measured the height of the fender at each wheel. The next morning I came back and measured it again. I did not find any change in the height over a 12 hour period. After that I lowered it back down and drove to work. Half way through my trip it failed completely and it would not hold any air at all. I thought this was strange since it held fine the night before. After I took the air bag off the biggest issue I found was with the o-ring .

BTW has anyone tried to patch one of these things?
Anyhow Good Luck.
