This is what allroads should have looked like stock. Or at least an option.

I think 20's are too much for any C5 to carry. I'll have 275's, but only b/c I need the traction
Unless you really need it, I think a 265 or 255 is an appropriate width. 275 or 285 is only worthwhile if you are putting down a lot of power, and is probably more of a detriment otherwise (tramlining, etc).
