Is there a HP2 caliper rebuild kit available?
The center rubber boot on both of my calipers is torn and needs replaced. The dealer is telling me that only the entire caliper is available. With how many B5 S4 and A6/allroad that used this caliper, I cannot believe that no one makes a caliper rebuild kit for the HP2. Anyone that knows of anything I would definitely appreciate it.

Is that the seal over the slider?
As long as it isn't the dustboots for the pistons, I think you'd be OK for the ABCc event. I ran my HP2s with that boot torn one event last year.
But if I'm going to be in the passenger's seat with you, have you considered a BBK? Just kidding. Looking forward to riding with you in a couple of weeks.

Yes, over the center slider.
I thought about a BBK, but as I mentioned I am in between track cars so I do not want to put that much into the allroad for what may only be a few events. I would like to get the entire seal kit and just rebuild my HP2 calipers really well. That along with new rotors and pads and a full flush/refill with Super Blue fluid will hopefully get me through.
As far as riding with me, don't worry about me pushing the allroad too much. I understand what I am driving is not exactly a track weapon. I already asked Bob to take me from run group 3 down to 4 so I wont be holding the group 3 guys up. My plan is to learn the allroad handling better and just have a nice smooth time out there. I am thinking in that car, the smoother the better. Now that I am thinking about it, that is likely true for any car, so maybe the allroad will be just the recipe to improve my technique. Less that two weeks and counting!!

I need new HP2 pads on the S6. Is this kit standard operating procedure? Also, dealer
suggested no new rotors, but I thought pads and rotors get done at the same time in the best case? (Am not gonna use the dealer, but that's who warned me about the pad spec.)

Actually, I have no idea of this kit. Many people here, including me, normally replace the rotors
when replace the second set of the pads.
If the rotor looks smooth and thick enough, it's not necessary to be replaced. If the rotor is eaten too quickly, it usually means that the working temperature of the pad is too high, i.e. in most case the brake pad is unable to reach its working temperature.
