What would you pay for a syncro in good shape but not running?

I just found one and it seems like a steal, but I'm not familiar enough with them to know.

Adding the 3rd row in the allroad is a one of the best mods I've made to this car, Euro Hitch 2nd

best. Basically kept me out of mini-van/ SUV ownership.
