But consider this; while I do not discredit ANYONE here who has had problems with their AR, they are truly "insignificant" by comparison to what you could have ended up with...

Did you read that yesterday <b>Ford</b> has recalled <b>600 THOUSAND</b> cars because of potential <i>engine fire</i> related to wiring and <b>Daimler-Chrysler</b> has had to recall <i>300 thousand</i> <b>Dodge</b> trucks and <i>300 thousand</i> <b>Jeeps</b> for <i>faulty transmissions</i> that can ALSO fail and cause a <i>fire</i>!!!! If you've been doing your reading you will know that puts the total number of recalled American made vehicles since 2000 at over <b>FIVE MILLION</b>!!!!

Of course when you are the one having the problem it doesn't make it any better. However, I'll take a wobble at 45mph, warped windscreen, failed suspension, bad turbo, oil leak or whatever before I drove something that has a 5 to 1 chance it will be recalled for a MAJOR safety concern! 8-)

Note: Not U.S. "bashing" here, just making an observation. 8-)
