Tire Decision? Input appreciated!

Below are what I believe are the best tires in the various tire sizes listed below. It seems higher load ratings and stiffer sidewalls are better, but I want to minimize tramlining and maximize overall safety and performance whether towing my boat or not. (Note the car will have MTM flares and wider offset wheels).
Any thoughts on which ones might be best on this car, keeping in mind occasional long-distance towing in the summer, occasional snow in the winter?
Prospective Tires:
ALL SEASON
18" - 245/45/18
Nokian WR 245/45R18 - 100V XL $228
Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position 245/45ZR18 - 100W $190
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 245/45ZR18 - 96Y $269
18" - 255/45/18
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 255/45ZR18 - 99Y $255
Pirelli PZero Nero M&S 255/45ZR18 - 99W $199

SUMMER
19" - 275/40ZR19
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 275/40/ZR19 - 101Y 220 AA A $339
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 275/40ZR19 - 101Y 280 AA A $248.00
Pirelli PZero Rosso 275/40ZR19 Asimmetrico - 105Y XL 220 AA A $265.00 (highest load rating)
19" - 285/35/19
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 285/35/ZR19 - 99Y 220 AA A $435 (best probable performance)
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 285/35/ZR19 - 99Y 140 A A $278
I'm planning to use the 18x9.5 MTM wheels for summer, and some 18x8 B7 RS4 replicas for winter (San Diego, with trips to Mammoth, Tahoe, etc)

on 8.5 inch rims, and as they say around here, they were "teh suck." Harsh ride, tramlining, mid turn "crabbing"/hopping over bumps, you name it. My current 255/40/18 Toyo's on the same rims (on S6, though) are light years better in all categories, including handling.
Skip the pilot A/S's, IMO.

The offer great sporty performance, quiet ride, and great bad weather traction. Much cheaper than Michelin A/S as well.

I know, different sizes than what you are looking for.
But another quick comment for those reading this...I liked using the PS A/S on the stock wheels through this past winter. I didn't have any problem going through the few snow/sleet storms we had here in Boston. Whereas I think the Nokian's/Ronals/Spacers give me a bit of a shudder problem throughout the prior winter.

since the allroad is really more my truck than my race car. Just drove them 7 1/2 hours down I-75 including thru the mountains and am very satisfied. Much better than the Michelin Hydroedge that was on it before. Probably not as stiff as they could be in the sidewall, but quiet, nice grip, very good in the rain I ran into and compliant over the many rough spots on I-75.

VERSADO LX

These tires are quiet, excellent in snow, rain, cornering. They show no wear in 6m miles. I would buy them again. My pig handles much better with them than the seventeens it came with.

I got well over 30k miles on my last set and they seem to handle just about as well as my current Dunlop SP Sport Maxx summer tires.

I have the PS2's on my 997 C2S and if there's nothing better, I'm certainly happy with their performance on that car. They should do well on the allroad.
I've had the P-Zero Nero M+S on a Saab 9-3, liked them, but no snow experience. Based on reviews I want to give the WR's a shot - they seem like the best all season choice. I would also use them if I were to trailer the boat longer distances in the summer too (prefer the 18" to the 19" for this, in addition to potential gravel roads, etc. So I'll see how the Nokian WR's fare...
From what I've read, the Conti Extreme Contacts will be quieter, but softer in the sidewall/tread block on dry and less capable in the snow than the WR's, i.e. faster wearing, lower overall performance. The A/S Yoko's seem to be good for about the same same. The WR's seem to be the holy grail of A/S; I guess I'll find out!
Anyone know who the best tire installer in San Diego is? It seems I've only ever found places to avoid...
Thanks again for the input!
