APR's EMCS (enhanced modular chipping system) has a system that allows the driver to change the tuning setting using the cruise control functions. Has anyone tried this?

APR

Works great. What else do you want to know about it? The version I have used is done prior to starting the car you can switch between programs - you just hold the set button and cycle through available programs based on number of flashes of the check engine light. There are also some I believe you can do on the fly, but I am not sure that is necessary, maybe nice right before you valet the car and have a valet mode.
The APR chip is a nice enhancement to stock. Really makes a difference.

Thank you for the info. I spoke APR about chipping my new 4.2 Allroad. I am also adding milltech exhuast and mudflaps. Now my wife can drive down the driveway and not get muddy when she gets out, and I can drive down the highway and get decent mileage.
