Trailer hitch

several of us running with the factory hitch. I use mine to tow my race car around.
Concensus is that the OE hitch is expensive but of excellent quality. Most have had the dealer install it: 2 - 5 hours depending on how well practiced they are - the bumper has to come out and have a few bit removed fro it. A few folks have successfully installed it themselves. The only bummer is if you need a drop hitch, you'll probably have to have one made. I did.

When my ride height computer went out another dealer didn't want to cover it because of the wiring back there that the "tech" didn't recognize. I had my salesman call the area rep who insisted they show it to another tech he said it was ok so they replaced the computer otherwise it would have cost me $1300.
