$X 245/50WR17 Mich Pilot Sport A/S since the salesweasel at Costco says they will only install OEM sizes?

Well just take them the size specs for the OEM tires and the specs for the Michelins and see what you can do. The 225 in MPS's are narrower than the stock Pirelli or GY's.

costco ordered my 245's. installed no problem.
plus free rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. i'm sure it varies by location but the guys at my local costco are easy to deal with and do nice work.

Worth the drive to Discount/ Americas Tire- they match TireRack...
TR's price is $188 per tire. Most Discount Tire stores will match Tire Rack. Plus, I think I have more faith in a tire mounter from Discount, than i do Costco.
