I've been experiencing intermitten dash MILs (ABS, EPC, Suspension, plus the manual lights above suspension buttons). The MILs typically appear after 30 min - 1 hr of driving, and generally occur after a stint on the freeway. I suspect it may have something to do with not having to engage the brakes while on the freeway, because city driving doesn't result in the MILs. Brake pads are fine, but rotors are worn with a lip. I was hoping the MILs were related to my failing front 2 air springs, but replacing them didn't solve the problem. Vag-com gives the following DTC, but I can't locate the codes in the bentley shop manual. Any hints would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The steering angle sensor.
This is part of the ESP and in effect if you are steering of course..starting a slide, or spin the system will trigger the ABS to bring you back into a safe path.
If the angle sensor is intermittent, then it can be triggering the system that there is a problem and the ABS can't fix it....domino effect.

<a href="http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/00778">code 00778</a> in ROss Tech's Wiki says:
Possible Causes
Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Basic Setting lost
Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Installation Position incorrect
No Communication between Steering Angle Sensor (G85) and Brake Electronics (J104)
plus <a href="http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/01316">code 01316</a> says
Possible Causes
Wiring/Connector(s) from/to ABS Control Module faulty
Fault(s) stored in ABS Control Module
Best of luck tracking down the cause! I hope it is as simple as a brake switch...
