Default Vredestein Ultac 255/45/18

I was thinking of changing my worn out Toyos for these Vredesteins. Look pretty cool.

I've got to make sure that they don't rub the upright when mounted even tho' I use ABT 10mm spacer. I got a set of Avon ZZ1 and put the first one front, and it rubbed the upright. Had to send all four back. D'oh!

Look great! I know they make great cycling tires! Don't know much about there car tires!

Re: Years ago ran their winter tires on an RX7. Very good quality tire.

Default You could try a wider spacers

I first used MTM 15mm no problems with rubbing, but wasn't satisfied with the look . I now have 20mm FK Automotive B+ System spacers.

you need 20ET for rim offset on front(w/spacers) for 255 to fit, i'm running 17ET on front,25ET back

Default this is a pic of a 255-50-17 on stock rim, have 8mm h&r spacer on front to fit,no spacer on back
