Default Well...first accident for the allroad :-(

Some dumb *** drilled the back of it while my wife was stopped in traffic on I-93 this morning. Luckily, his smaller Jetta combined with the downward force of braking caused him to hit under the bumper, so the damage supposedly isn't too bad. Fvcking rubberneckers.

Well in any case, if the exhaust is bent, I certainly will not replace it with a stock one. Also if the car is in the shop for a week and has an aftermarket exhaust put on, it may make sense to send the ECU to Hoppen for a couple days :-D

I still don't want to see it all banged up though :-(

Sorry to hear about your ar being hurt - hope everyone is OK and that their insurance covers you.

"first" sounds like there's more to come. Hope it's your last!

Very sorry to hear that... but you certainly have uncovered the only possible upside to this!

Default Thanks. My wife is fine and the other party was very cooperative (m)

I guess he knew it was obviously his fault. My wife is going to get a massage tonight, but I think she would have done that anyway ;-)

Default When something like this happens......

....you should be allowed to choose their punishment, (evil grin)
Just to let you know, Sid's still available, and getting meaner.
