except for the scratches on the face of the bumper. Not bad overall, and the makings of a new exhaust I believe :-)
Did they replace your exhaust in that event?

of rear-ended allroaders. At least RMcQ and I am senior members. I might get extra credits for having my front end totaled, too. Both accidents caused by others not paying attention. Really sucks. Anyway, hope they fix yours soon...mine was in the shop for a month for rear ending, front end damage under repair since October 1 and still not done.

Just new tips that were adjusted perfectly. I wonder if you will get any resistance from the insurance adjuster on a new exhaust. A slight bend in the exhaust system can be compensated for by adjustements to the joints and hangers. I'm not sure if this would meet the "repair to before accident condition" test from an insurance company perspective.
Either way - good luck with the repairs. Body shops can do amazing stuff. This kind of accident is child's play for the most part. Just tricky to get the bumper painted right since they don't see this matte paint very often.
Remember - you have the right to choose where your car is repaired. Go to the best shop in your area that is familiar with Audis.
