I was going to make my own. But if someone is going to make one, I'm a buyer...
I bought an A6 grill and was going to buy an RS6 set and dremel/epoxy my own, but have yet to buy the RS6 parts...

Lots of interest in that post. I may have an extra grill to play with...
I got this ding on the front edge of my hood and insurance is fixing it, repainting the hood and the guy seem to think the grill had a nick in it so they are giving me a new one of those - I will get the old one...I will try to get all this work done and the flares/bumpers painted within the next 3-4 weeks. Based on the picture its a matter of finding the mesh material and taking apart the grill and getting it in there. Gotta be a way. I did it on my Saab and it looked good, but the mesh was smaller and easier to match.

Homegrown solution for the jeep boards... and a warning.
Can't find a photo of the mesh job you are all talking about, but this was a popular mod over in my prior life on the jeep boards after the 1998 5.9l came out with a diamond mesh grill insert.
A lot of guys were able to replicate a similar look with gutter screen or other material from home depot. I would warn anyone looking to do something similar to make sure you use stainless material... seems obvious, but folks forget to... and they get a nice rusty front end.
