Default when to do spark plugs

What is the guidelines on changing the plugs on the 2.7

I have 102k on an 2005 and thinking a change is due. Also thinking it might help MPG.

Thoughts?

Fyi,from what I know the plugs have never been changed

I just did mine @ 90k and to my surprise, the oems had already been replaced with NGK iridiums. I changed them anyway with oem NGK platinums and the car definitely feels smoother. IF you haven't changed them yet at 102k I would do it! Just go oem plugs IMO and you'll be happy.

Yep, go with PFR6Q (NGK-LASER PLATINUM)

Second that. Go with the oem NGKs. I change every 40k. I have seen posts elsewhere about serious engine damage to 2.7ts using Iridiums.

x2 (or 3) on the OE NGKs...

I last changed them at about 80K miles years ago...still running fine at almost 185K.
