wife pulled too far into the Post Office parking stall and when backing out it pulled the front bumper cover causing the tabs to pull out on both sides in front of the wheel wells. Also looks like the bottom of the cover is messed up as well. At least not paint damage, but I still can't imagine the fix being a reasonable one.

since those tabs are supposed to be a pull to remove, can you just push them back together? (or did the tabs come off the bumper itself?)

If you want it like new, then a body shop is the answer. A new bumper cover may not be needed.

they are about $600.00. Any body shop should be able to get one at a slight discount.

the whole front cover or just part of it?

the front/rear bumper covers are painted from new or need to color matched after purchased.

There are actually at least two colors of bumper/flares/roof. I recently got a new rear bumper cover installed for $900 out the door. That's with California labor rates.
